Leominster Town Council has agreed to start the initial development of a scheme for the Grange.
A sum of £17,960 was made available as part of a Section 106 agreement and needed to be spent by September 2020. Herefordshire Council said it could have been used for improvements at either the Sydonia or the Grange.
