THEY say good things come in small packages and this little pony has proved to be a star attraction at one Hereford farm.
Mr Wicked, Newbridge Farm Park's 16-year-old miniature pony, measures just under 24 inches to his withers and is around the size of a dog.
He is the only miniature pony on site and is a popular member of the Newbridge family – which also includes goats, sheep, pigs, geese, ducks, peacocks, turkeys, alpacas and others.
Julie Gardner, who runs the farm, near Ledbury, with husband Wayne, said: "We acquired Mr Wicked several years ago when he was already grown up and he has been here now for quite a few years – eight or nine.
"He's fantastic – just to see this little tiny horse. He's like the size of a dog and he is quite a character. He is very sweet and kids can play around him and he is really chilled but he can be quite feisty as well."
He spent the Easter weekend having 'lots of fuss and attention' and was taken on a walk in Hereford.
"He has been here for several years and will stay here probably for the rest of his life and he's just one of our attractions," added Mrs Gardner.
"We get a lot of little children here and horses can be a bit intimidating for little ones but when you get a little tiny one like that it's nice."
