ANOTHER three burglaries have been reported in the Ledbury area, bringing the total to 16 in town since the end of September and 28, if burglaries in Colwall, Bromyard and Cradley are included in the list.

Investigating officer, DC Laurence James said of the latest break-ins: "All three appear to be similar to one another, and to the previous burglaries over recent months."

Two burglaries took place in Cradley on Friday February 27. The first was in Chockbury Lane, Cradley between 6.30pm and 8.15pm. Offenders broke a rear window in French doors before reaching in and unlocking the door to gain entry.

The intruders carried out a thorough search quantity and made off with jewellery and some cash.

The second burglary took place at The Farley's, Cradley between 9am and 8.30pm. The offender, or offender, broke glass in the rear patio door to get inside.

There was an untidy search of the house, and a quantity of jewellery was taken.

The third burglary also took place on Friday February 27, between 5.30pm and 8.45pm in Biddulph Way, Ledbury.

The offender, or offender, climbed over a locked side to gain access to the rear of the address. French doors were smashed to gain entry to the conservatory.

A second set of French doors was smashed, to gain entry to the house.

A thorough search was carried out and jewellery was taken.

The intruders, or intruder, then forced the rear garden gate before leaving the scene.

Police want to hear from anyone who may have seen people or vehicles which were acting suspiciously, or which they did not recognise.
