A TEAM of disabled people are offering free training to carers to help boost the confidence of the people they support.
Using a variety of training styles the team of five, from Leominster-based charity ECHO, have overcome communication barriers to deliver an interactive session.
Sessions are available on November 12 in Ledbury, November 19 in Hereford and November 26 in Leominster, all from 10.30am to 11.30am.
