EARDISLEY CHURCH CHOIR - The choir is practising hard for the Hereford Diocesan Choirs’ Festival which is taking place on October 5 in Hereford Cathedral.
The day finishes with a service at 5.30pm to which everyone is invited and where you can hear about 250 singers perform the pieces they have been practising.
Please come along and support your local church choir. The choir also still needs singers, young and old. Why not give it a try? Budding singers don’t need to be able to read music – enthusiasm is all that’s needed.

COMMUNITY LIBRARY - The community library will be open on October 22, November 26 and December 17. Join in for tea, biscuits and a friendly welcome.
PASSION FOR PUDDINGS - Come along and taste lots of favourite puddings on November 1, at 7.30pm in the village hall. If you wish please bring your own alcohol or soft drink. Tickets cost £5 and will be available throughout October.
WHIST DRIVE - The monthly whist sessions will re-commence on Monday at the New Strand, 7.45pm start. New players will be made most welcome.
