MASTERCHEF judge Gregg Wallace found comfort in Herefordshire this week after being caught in the centre of a tabloid storm.
Many national newspapers reported that the 48-year-old TV star punched a man for pinching his girlfriend’s bottom during a hotel’s champagne reception near Evesham.
Gregg was spotted in Herefordshire days later. It is believed he was filming a new television show here.
He was seen leaving the England’s Gate pub in Bodenham but staff would not comment on his weekend visit. Other fans saw Gregg at Leominster’s Talbot Hotel – but staff there also remained tight-lipped.
No official complaint was made to the police regarding any alleged assault near Evesham.
