FETE - The mayor of Leominster Coun Mrs Cooke will be opening Monkland fete held at Beeches, Old Road on Saturday at 2pm.
There will be all the usual stalls plus face painting, home made teas, ices and the ever favourite game of skittles for all ages.
Entertainment throughout the afternoon comes from Roger Willott from Holme Lacy with his delightful fairground organ. If its extremely wet the fete will be in the village hall.
CHURCH - All church services at All Saints church are at 11am.
NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH - It is hoped Neighbourhood Watch is coming to Monkland soon. The coordinator is Phil Mills.
