A MAN, believed to be a Hereford-based soldier, who died on the Brecon Beacons has been named.
Captain Rob Carnegie of the Royal Corps of Signals died on Saturday night.
Dyfed-Powys Police said they were called to reports of a "sudden death" near the Storey Arms just after 9.40pm.
The Brecon Beacons are a commonly-used spot for the Credenhill-based SAS regiment.
