LADY HAWKINS’ COMMUNITY LEISURE CENTRE - The newest fitness class, Lose-a-cise, is on Wednesdays, 7.30pm-8.30pm from next week. Discuss fitness goals, weight loss and exercise in a fun and friendly class with qualified instructors. Also available on Mondays: introduction to spinning, 9.15am- 10am; circuit training 7pm-8pm. Tuesdays: 20/20/20, 6.30pm-7.30pm; karate 6pm-8pm.

Wednesdays: spinning 6pm-7pm; Pilates, 6.30pm-7.30pm; Lose-a-cise, 7.30pm- 8.30pm. Thursdays: spinning, 6.15pm-7pm and 7.30-8.30pm; Zumba 7.45pm-8.45pm, ballet 4pm-8.45pm. Fridays: ballet 4pm- 8.30pm. Saturdays: spinning, 9.15am- 10.15am.
