HEREFORDSHIRE Housing has celebrated its 10th anniversary.
It all began in 2002 when council tenants in Herefordshire transferred their homes to the independent housing association.
A decade on, chief executive Peter Brown said in the past decade thousands of properties have been upgraded and about 4,500 people have found new homes.
βItβs been a huge team effort with our tenants and the public to show how a non-profit making organisation can transform services and neighbourhoods,β he added.
The association is planning to build 230 new homes in the county over the next four years.
