THE intense and darkly gripping thriller, Dial M for Murder, famously filmed by Alfred Hitchcock, stars Christopher Timothy (All Creatures Great and Small) as Inspector Hubbard will be on stage in Malvern next week.
Tony is convinced his wife is having an affair, and sets about planning what must surely be the perfect murder with absolute precision - until it falters in the most unexpected way. Claustrophobic and frightening, Lucy Bailey’s exciting new production reclaims this brilliant and erotic tale of betrayal, passion and ultimately, murder. Lucy Bailey’s directing credits include The Postman Always Rings Twice in the West End and a number of productions for the Royal Shakespeare Company including The Taming of the Shrew, The Winter’s Tale and Julius Caesar which also transferred to New York.
