ROVING Crows are set to bring their unique and energetic live show to Ledbury's Market Theatre on Saturday, February 6.
Fresh from a month’s break the band is bound to be firing on all cylinders for this gig on home turf.
Caitlin, fiddle player and singer with the band, is from Ledbury and says, “the band have been touring the UK and into Europe for the last six years and it is always a pleasure to play back home in the ‘Shire’, cannot wait for this one.”
Roving Crows comprises fiddle, guitars, bass, percussion, vocals and synth, a combination that the band present in a very original way producing powerful Celtic undertones and intoxicating tribal rhythms.
An original must-see act, with roots in folk and Celtic music, Roving Crows are renowned for their high-energy live performance, their shows pull together funked-up traditional tunes and catchy original song.
The most recent album, Deliberate Distractions, received 4-star reviews in the Financial Times and R2 Magazine amongst others.
