The programme will include Farkas: Ancient Hungarian Dances; Sayers: Scenes for Wind Quintet (first performance); Pilss: Serenade for Wind Quintet (“the wind quintet Richard Strauss never wrote”); Ibert: Trois Pieces Breve; Taffanel: Wind Quintet and Parker: Mississippi Five.
