THE Courtyard presents its latest music fusion event on Friday, November 14 when the Coen Brothers' O Brother Where Are Thou? meets soulful songstresses, The Cadbury Sisters.

The fusion event is part of The Courtyard’s collaboration with Songs from the Shed, The Roses Tewkesbury and Curzon Clevedon.

Follow a comedic Clooney as he makes a getaway with two jailmates on a hunt for treasure and on the run from the powers that want to incarcerate them.

The Cadbury Sisters will then charm the audience with their own folk creations plus some of the beautiful songs in T Bone Burnett’s score for O Brother Where Art Thou?

“It’s always been important to us that we work with other arts centres and promoters to promote indie cinema and great musical talent in the region, so it’s been really exciting to have the opportunity to get our teeth into this project and tour this programme of great music and cinema,” says audience development manager Toki Allison.

O Brother Where Art Thou? and The Cadbury Sisters will be at The Courtyard on Friday, November 14 at 7pm. To book, call the box office on 01432 340555 or visit courtyard.org.uk

This event is supported by the BFI Film Audience Network via Film Hub South West and West Midlands.
