HEREFORD FC have said that they rejected an approach for striker Lenell John-Lewis and have warned that he is ‘not for sale’.
In a statement the Bulls confirmed that they had waived a seven-day notice period from Grimsby for Giles Coke.

Hereford manager Josh Gowling told the club’s website: “We wish Giles all the best at Grimsby, it’s a fantastic opportunity for him to return to the Football League, and an opportunity that we would not want to stand in the way of.
“On behalf of everyone at the club, I would like to thank Giles for his efforts whilst with us and wish him well for the future.”
The statement confirmed they had also received an approach for striker John-Lewis.
“We have rejected the approach and can confirm that Lenell remains a Hereford FC player and is not for sale,” the statement added.
