A HOMELESS man has been in court after damaging a bike in Hereford.
Kacper Lysy pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage to property valued under £5,000.
He damaged a push bike belonging to another man on February 2, the court heard from prosecutor Thomas Wickstead.
He was said to have caused the damage without lawful excuse, intending to destroy or damage the bike or being reckless as to whether the bike would be destroyed or damaged.
The specific nature of the damage was not revealed in court documents.
The 21-year-old was remanded on unconditional bail ahead of his sentencing.

Lysy appeared at a hearing at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court last month where he was convicted of the offence.
His sentencing has been pushed back to allow the prosecution to speak to the police and gather more details on whether the defendant has made any direct payments towards the damage.
Lysy is of no fixed address.
