I see the B-word has reared its head again. More talk of a bypass, must be an election soon.

Not wanting to upset the debacle but “answering key questions” about a bypass has been on the agenda for more than half a century. It’s on it’s off, it’s going east then west.

Houses need building, can’t build them , go the other way. No funding from housing developers that way, so back to the drawing board. More money and time wasted and nothing achieved. Sound familiar? 

It’s become a big joke. Travel outside Herefordshire to see how other areas develop and thrive. Actually maybe not, the local councillors will want to make an all expenses paid jolly out of it and spend the time praising each other for nothing achieved yet again which in their eyes constitutes a success. It must do.
