A ROAD in Hereford will be closed for more than a month as Cadent works to replace the gas main.
In a public notice, Herefordshire Council said Chartwell Road, behind Hereford County Hospital, would be closed for 32 days.
The nearby Bodenham Road would also be closed for six days, it said.
The council said the works were part of the Cadent gas main replacement programme, which would see the two roads close.

Diversions for each closure would be signposted locally, the public notice said.
Chartwell Road would be closed from April 10 to May 12, while Bodenham Road would be shut from April 10 until April 15.
The closures were needed due to gas main works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place, the council said.
