A BANNED Herefordshire drug-driver has been handed a further disqualification after he was caught behind the wheel at Hereford's Morrisons supermarket.
John Wall appeared before magistrates in Hereford for sentencing in March after entering guilty pleas to one count of drug-driving, one of driving while disqualified, and one of driving without insurance at an earlier hearing.
The court heard from prosecutor Paul John that the 43-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Hyundai i10 in Hereford's Station Approach Morrisons supermarket car park on November 11.

He had been disqualified from driving and did not have a valid third party insurance policy in place at the time, the court heard.
He was also found to be over the drug-driving limit, with an evidential blood test revealing that he had 362 microgrammes of controlled class B drug amphetamine per litre of blood. The legal limit is 250 microgrammes.
Wall, of Etnam Street, Leominster, was disqualified from driving for 48 months and received a 12-month community order.
