A HARASSMENT-accused Herefordshire man has been sent for trial over allegations that he repeatedly contacted a woman.
Luke Hyde appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in February accused of one count of harassment without violence.

The court heard from Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor Daniel Tonks that the 35-year-old is accused of pursuing a course of conduct which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of a woman in Leominster between February 18 and 24, sending her messages, audio calls, and parcels, and attending her address on numerous occasions.

Hyde, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Charlotte Gregory, entered a not guilty plea to the charge at the hearing.
The case was sent for trial and Hyde, of Elton Drive in Ledbury, was released on conditional bail ahead of his next hearing.
He will appear before magistrates at Hereford's Bath Street Justice Centre for trial on April 17.
