The court heard from the prosecutor that the 36-year-old was accused of pursuing a course of conduct which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of a woman in Leominster between February 18 and February 24.
He was alleged to have sent messages and audio calls and to have sent parcels to her home address and attended her address on numerous occasions.
Hyde, of Elton Drive, Ledbury, was found not guilty at the hearing as no evidence was offered by the prosecution and the case was dismissed.
