HOMES and businesses in Herefordshire are now facing their fourth day without water, but the company has no idea how long it will take to fix.
On its website, Welsh Water blamed operational issues for no supply in a huge area of Herefordshire.
That covers places from Brecon to Hereford and people living in the Golden Valley said it was Sunday evening when problems started.

The company told the Hereford Times that it was "currently experiencing issues in the area which follows the freeze and thaw weather conditions experienced".
This caused "a lot of ground movement" which saw pipes burst.

"We know the inconvenience this is causing and are very sorry to customers who are affected," the spokesperson said.
But they were unable to say when supplies would be back to normal, or just how many homes and businesses were affected.
"We have teams working day and night to find and fix the bursts as quickly as they can," they said.

Hereford and South Herefordshire MP Jesse Norman said hundreds of homes in the Golden Valley were without water.
"Some are vulnerable, many are elderly and all are very concerned about not having water over Christmas," he said.
"The comms from Welsh Water have been dire. We need action from them this day."
