IT is disappointing that our North Herefordshire MP Bill Wiggin should oppose the pedestrianisation of Corn Square.
This is the attractive heart of Leominster yet could have the dubious distinction of being the most polluted spot in the county.

Cars queue to park with their engines running, to the detriment of people sitting outside to enjoy their coffee.
Apart from some of the disabled, there is no reason why motorists should not use the large car park in Etnam Street, which has easy access to the square.
