A HEREFORD restaurant is set to host top band Everything Everything as its music festival returns after five years.

Hereford Indie Food will be back over the bank holiday weekend on August 27 and August 28 with a two-day festival of food, music, and Herefordshire suppliers.

The Hereford and Worcester restaurant collective A Rule of Tum says it will be making up for the last five years with a music line up featuring DJ sets from Trevor Nelson, Everything Everything, Daddy G, and a lot more.

There will be a street food market with Herefordshire businesses including The Beefy Boys, Wye Valley Brewery, Ludlow Gin, and more.

A Rule of Tum’s very own Burger Shop, Leaven Pizza, and The Bookshop will be there as well as a very special guest visit from Maneki Ramen over the weekend.

Visitors will also be able to find its market of local makers and produce suppliers.

“Hereford has some incredible creative gems, and we want to show them off to you,” said a spokesperson from A Rule of Tum.

Tickets are £4 for daytime entry and £18 for the Saturday or Sunday evening.

“We are so excited to be finally getting the festival back on after Covid put a stop to our plans last year,” said Dorian Kirk, A Rule of Tum director.

“We really want to make it a fantastic city centre festival and hope that by bringing some big names to Hereford that we can really put the city on the map as a fantastic place to visit.”

Hereford Indie Food is asking people to help spread the word and come down to the festival to support local businesses and have a fantastic bank holiday weekend, said the spokesperson.
