A TEAM of 16 people came together to tidy up dirty and overgrown areas of Hereford.
The group cleaned up the Castle Green duck pond, Ledbury Road, Harrison Street, Gaol Street as part of a collaboration organised by the Hereford Business Improvement District (BID).
The community team is made up of pupils with educational needs from Beacon college in Tupsley as well as volunteers from Maylord Orchards and other businesses and groups.

Mike Truelove, CEO of BID and organiser of the event, said that 12 bags of weeds and litter were taken away.
“This was our latest event to tackle weeds and detritus," he said.
"The quantity we extracted was incredible and would not have happened without the help of groups like these who are willing to put something back into the city."
The next clean-up is on Wednesday, July 5.
BID is a non-profit company funded by 500 businesses in the city centre. It focuses on marketing, events, safety, cleanliness and lobbying to support businesses.
