A HEREFORDSHIRE driver has been banned from driving for 12 months after being over the drink-drive limit.
Nathan Priday, of Middle Gardens, Leintwardine, was stopped on the A4110 in Adforton at around 12.10am on October 27 last year.
The 23-year-old failed a roadside breath test and was taken to the police station when he was found to have 98 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 millgrams.

Hereford Magistrates Court heard that Priday told police had he just been in a crash.
In defence, George Cousins said his client pleaded guilty at the first opportunity and had two or three pints beforehand. A misjudgement, Mr Cousins said, caused Priday's Renault Clio to go off the road.
Priday was also fined £215 and told to pay court costs of £135 and an £86 victim surcharge respectively.
