GREENFIELD land next to a Herefordshire Burger King, Greggs, and Subway is up for sale.
The land, which is next to Ross Spur Services off the A449 near the A40 roundabout at Ross-on-Wye, is on the market with agents Innes England Ltd.
The agents said the land, which measures a total are of 2.76 acres or 1.11 hectares, has a guide price of £500,000 per acre.

It has development potential for a variety of uses, subject to relevant planning consent, the agents said, with an annual daily traffic flow of 31,000 vehicles passing.
Innes England Ltd said the land is a greenfield site adjacent to the existing Esso petrol filling station, which includes a Spar as well as Greggs and Subway kiosks.
Access to the site, which benefits from a prominent roadside frontage of 76 metres of 250 feet, is currently through the existing petrol filling station off the A449, the agents said.
