WOODLAND with its own natural spring water supply is up for sale in Herefordshire.
The land, which extends to around 2.5 acres, is on the market with agents Allan Morris with a guide price of £50,000.
The agents said the land is close to the small village of Edvin Loach, of the edge of Bromyard Downs.
It is just a couple of miles away from Bromyard town, which offers a range of shops, pubs, cafes, and other amenities.

It has vehicular access via a country track and is fully fenced with a five-bar gate and no public rights of way across.
The land, which the agents said is in a "stunning rural location" amid rolling farmland, has a water supply from a natural spring and a stream running to the southern and eastern boundaries.
Those interested in purchasing the land, which can be found using the What3Words opposite.surprised.balancing, are asked to refrain from walking on neighbouring fields if viewing.
