A HEREFORDSHIRE fish and chip shop is temporarily closed.
Dimarco’s Fish Restaurant on Bargates Street, Leominster, has shut its doors whilst works are being carried out on the shop's interior.
The chippie is only out of action this week and is set to reopen on June 10.
The Spar on Bargates Street, which like Dimarco’s is run by Zac Zachariou, is similarly temporarily closed.

Mr Zachariou announced the closure via the shop's official Facebook page, revealing that the shop would be back up and running once the process of fully acquiring the store is complete.
Until then the Spar will only be opening between the hours of 10am and 4pm so that parcel collection services can be carried out.
The shop has reportedly been experiencing difficulties for a number of months, with manager Sarah Branford saying in January that mismanagement on the part of the previous owners led to the store having to operate under lacklustre conditions.
She said that the overall state of the Spar frustrated customers, leading to abuse being directed at the staff.
