Fire crews have been called to a fire in a drain in Herefordshire.
The fire occurred in Newlands Road, Leominster yesterday afternoon (May 16), but was extinguished before Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (HWFRS) crews arrived. It was in a drain in the driveway to a property.
No other emergency services attended the incident.

A spokesperson for HWFRS said: "Two crews, one each from Leominster and Kingsland Fire Stations, were called at 1.29pm on May 16 to a fire in Newlands Road, Leominster.
"A fire in a drain on a drive, next to a gas intake, had been extinguished by the occupier before the arrival of the fire service.
"The surrounding area was checked with a thermal imaging camera and a gas monitor and dampened down using a hose reel jet.
"There were no casualties and no other emergency services attended.
"The incident was marked as pending closure at 2.31pm."
