A WOMAN will be sentenced next month after beating another woman in an attack in Hereford.
Jessica Nash entered a guilty plea to one count of assault by beating when she appeared before magistrates in Hereford last month.
The court heard from Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor Lauren Millichip that Nash, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Andrew Cleal of law firm Coulson Read Lewis, had assaulted a woman in Hereford in an incident on October 4 last year.

The offence of assault by beating is a crime under section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
Magistrates ordered that the case should be adjourned in order for a pre-sentencing report to be carried out by the probation service, and the 32-year-old was released on unconditional bail ahead of her next hearing.
Nash, of Monnow Crescent, Hereford, will appear before magistrates in Hereford again for her sentencing hearing on June 4.
