A "SIZEABLE" development site with outline permission for new homes on the edge of a Herefordshire town is up for sale.
The land, which amounts to around six acres, is on the market with agents Brookes Bliss with offers invited.
The agents said the riverside land in the Headbrook area of Kington offers a residential development area of 2.4 acres, with open-plan green areas.
It comes complete with outline planning consent for a mix of up to 35 one, two, three, and four-bed homes.

The site is described as level and "very attractive", with services nearby, and is on the south-eastern side of Kington.
The agents said the town, which has a population of around 3,300, offers a medical centre, primary and secondary schools, shops, leisure facilities, and more.
The site also lies close to main roads the A4111 and the A44.
A 106 agreement has been approved, with a detailed copy available on request, Brookes Bliss said, while the planning application is available to view online on the Herefordshire Council planning portal.
