A TEENAGER has been slapped with fines from magistrates for being drunk and disorderly in Hereford.

Magistrates heard how Ellie Healey, 19, was drunk during an incident in Blueschool Street, Hereford, on January 19.

Lauren Millichip, prosecuting, told Hereford Magistrates’ Court how Healey was acting in a disorderly way in Blueschool Street.

Healey pleaded guilty to one count of being drunk and disorderly in a public place when she appeared before magistrates last month.

On March 20, magistrates fined Healey £100 for being drunk and disorderly, and £100 for a previous offence which she had been conditionally discharged for.

In the previous incident, she had obstructed an officer executing their duties in May 2022. She was let off at the time but had been warned that if she re-offended, she would be sentenced for this offence.

Healey of Danny Lee Walk, Burghill, was also ordered to pay £135 in court costs.
