THREE casualties have been reported after a three-car crash in Hereford this evening (March 25).

Three cars were involved in a crash on the A4103, the Hereford to Worcester road, at around 5.15pm.

A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue said a crew from Hereford Fire Station attended a three-car crash with three casualties.

They confirmed that the injuries were not believed to be serious but said an ambulance and the police were also called.

The road was not closed, but there was a build-up of traffic following the crash.

According to Google Maps traffic data, traffic has returned to normal on the A4103.

There have been two other crashes in the area today, one on the A4137 near Whitchurch in south Herefordshire and the other on the B4361 near Richards Castle near the Herefordshire border.

Both of these caused heavy traffic at either end of the county earlier today. No injuries were reported in either of these crashes.

The Hereford Times has approached West Midlands Ambulance Service for more information on the condition of the casualties in this evening's crash in Hereford.
