A "SUBSTANTIAL" listed building in the heart of a picturesque Herefordshire village has been put up for sale.
The freehold building, which is home to a successful cafe and deli, is on the market with agents Jackson Property for £450,000.
The business, which is run by an existing tenant, is unaffected, the agents said.
Jackson Property said the "deceptively spacious" grade II listed property in Weobley offers potential buyers a "great opportunity" to acquire a commercial and residential investment in the black and white village.

The apartment upstairs, accessed by a secure internal door from the ground floor rear hallway, offers exposed beams and brickwork through its open plan living and dining room, kitchen and breakfast room, two bedrooms, and family bathroom.
