AN INJURED biker who was involved in a crash is thanking the people who helped him before emergency services arrived.
Motorcyclist Mike Johnson was injured in a crash involving the bike on the A465 at the Haywood Lane junction in Hereford at 6pm yesterday (February 11).
However, members of the public stopped to help before emergency services got to the scene - and now Mr Johnson wishes to say thank you.
Mr Johnson of Hereford said: "Thank you to all those who came to help me yesterday.

"I am so lucky to have the injuries I have and it's a long road to healing but I can't express how grateful I am for the fast actions of those who kept me warm and as comfortable as possible."
A car was also involved in the incident.
After the crash yesterday, there was heavy traffic in Belmont, Hereford, with the incident clearing and traffic easing by 8pm.
