A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been back before a court after failing to turn up for court-ordered appointments.
Jonathan Lewis entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard from the prosecutor that the 28-year-old had failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order imposed by magistrates in Hereford on December 5 by failing to attend Building Better Relationships programme appointments on February 2 and 9.

He had also failed to maintain contact with his supervising officer since January 23, the court heard.
The order made by magistrates in December was varied, with Lewis, of Blanchard Close in Leominster, ordered to attend any appointments ordered by his responsible officer up to a maximum of five days by the original end date of the order.
He must also continue with his original requirements, the magistrates said.
