AN ATTACK-accused Hereford man has been sent for trial after denying causing actual bodily harm in an incident in Hereford.
James Reidy entered a not guilty plea to one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm when he appeared before magistrates in Worcester in February.

The court heard from Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor Eleanor Peart that the 25-year-old defendant is accused of assaulting a man, causing him actual bodily harm, in an incident in Hereford on January 30.
The case was sent for trial and Reidy, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor Edmund Middleton and who is of Carless Close in Hereford, was released on unconditional bail ahead of his next hearing.
He will appear before magistrates in Worcester next for trial on April 11.
