A DRIVER has been found not guilty at trial after denying being in charge of his car while over the limit in a Herefordshire town.
Steven James Lamb appeared before magistrates in Hereford for trial in November after previously entering a not guilty plea at an earlier hearing.

The court heard from prosecutor Paul John that the 63-year-old had been accused of being in charge of a Vauxhall Antara in Leominster's Eaton Close while over the alcohol limit, with 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, on August 14. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Lamb, who is of Ryelands, Leominster, was found not guilty of the offence.
