FIVE Hereford men will be sentenced next month after they were convicted of affray.
Cian Stocker, 22, Tudorel Stan, 25, James Chamberlain, 22, Jack Roberts, 19, and Ionel Lazar, 24, were all convicted of one count of affray when they appeared before magistrates in Hereford in November.

The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the five men had all used or threatened unlawful violence towards other persons and that their conduct was such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for their personal safety in Hereford on September 11, 2021.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentencing report to be carried out by the probation service and Stocker, of Park View, Weobley, Stan, of Chiltern Square, Hereford, Chamberlain, of Waterfield Road, Hereford, Roberts, of Whitecastle Close, Hereford, and Lazar, of Portland Street, Hereford, were all granted unconditional bail.
They will appear before Hereford magistrates for sentencing on December 6.
