Swedish singer and 90s icon, Basshunter, is bringing a party to Hereford tonight (Friday).

The singer and DJ will be playing at Play Nightclub in Blue School Street.

Jonas Erik Altberg, better known as Basshunter, will be a recognisable name to anyone who grew up in the 90s and noughties.

His single, Now You’re Gone, shot to number in the UK charts one back in 2008; All I Ever Wanted was also one of his popular tracks.

Play Nightclub Hereford said: "Tonight is the night! The legendary Basshunter graces the Play stage and it’s going to be a big one!"

After being announced in August, hundreds of people took to Facebook to share their excitement.

How to get tickets for Basshunter at Play

Doors will open at 10pm, with Play, owned by REKOM UK, telling revellers to arrive early to avoid disappointment.

The £3 tickets, for entry before 11pm are now sold out, but the £3.50 entry before midnight tickets are still available from Play's ticketing website here.

Entry before 1am is £4, and entry after that time is £3. All tickets also have a 50p booking fee on top.

There are also booth packages available, starting from £100, which includes entry for six people, cloakroom and fast track entry.

There is also one bottle of spirit included, with prices ranging from £100 to £300.
