A MAJOR agricultural show has returned, bringing huge crowds to a Herefordshire town.

Kington Show is one of the largest one-day agricultural shows in the country.

With its roots firmly embedded in farming, the show aims to bring together the local community.

Along with horse and riding competitions, the show blends the traditional agricultural feel of livestock and horticultural competitions with the lively entertainment on offer for the whole family in and around the main ring.

The show has been part of the community of the town for decades, only moving twice from its home at the Kington Recreation Ground in that time.

The 2020 and 2021 shows had to be cancelled due to the Covid pandemic, but it was finally able to return on September 10.
