A DRUG-DRIVER has been banned from the roads after he was caught on a main road in Herefordshire.
Tim Frazer Holland entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster after previously pleading not guilty.
The court heard the 51-year-old had driven a Ford Ranger while over the drug-drive limit on the A449 at Ledbury on August 9.

An evidential breath test revealed he had 6.3 microgrammes of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
Frazer Holland, of Bath Place, Lydney, was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £180. He must also pay costs of £350 and a £34 victim surcharge.
