A HEREFORD man has been sent to the crown court for trial accused of sexually assaulting people including a teenager.

Kirill Cerneckij appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster accused of three offences.

The court heard the 24-year-old is accused of sexually assaulting a woman aged 16 or over by sexually touching her without consent in Hereford on June 18.

He is also accused of sexually assaulting a girl in her early teens and a woman aged 16 or over in Hereford by sexually touching them without consent in Hereford on July 3.

The case was sent to the crown court for trial, and Cerneckij, of Coleridge Crescent, Hereford, was bailed with conditions not to go within 800 metres of Hereford Cathedral, with electronic monitoring.

He will appear before Worcester Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on August 2.
