A PENSIONER has been sent to trial accused of flashing his genitals in a Herefordshire town.
Richard Jessel, 80, appeared before magistrates in Hereford for a case management hearing after denying one charge of exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress in Leominster on May 24 at a previous hearing.

The case was sent for trial before magistrates, and Jessel, of Chagford Road, Reading, will appear before Hereford magistrates next on September 29.
