A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been sent for trial accused of making a threat to kill.
Scott Eusden appeared before magistrates in Hereford accused of two offences.
The court heard the 37-year-old is accused of making a threat to kill another person in Herefordshire on February 27, intending that they would fear the threat would be carried out.

He is also accused of assaulting the same person by beating on the same date.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction and the case was sent to Worcester Crown Court, where Eusden, of South Bank, Whitestone, will appear for trial on July 20.
