A DRINK-DRIVER has been handed a hefty fine after he was caught in Herefordshire while almost three times the limit.
Andrew Nunn entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 40-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a brown Volkswagen Passat on the Roman Road in Hereford while over the drink-drive limit on June 12.

An evidential breath test revealed he had 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Nunn, of Picasso Rise, Stoke-on-Trent, was fined £1,019 and disqualified from driving for 24 months. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £102 victim surcharge.
