A HOMELESS Hereford man has been handed a community order after burgling a Hereford bar.
Audi Carr was convicted of four offences when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 47-year-old had committed fraud by false representation in Hereford on January 18, using another person's bank card with the intention of making a gain, namely to purchase alcohol for himself, and had stolen alcohol and meat worth £31.50 from Marks and Spencer in Hereford on March 15.
