A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been arrested in relation to an incident yesterday which caused a main road to be closed by police.
Adam Smith, 29, of Dry Thistle Close, Bromyard, has been charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
He has been bailed to appear at Worcester Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, June 16.

Eyewitnesses saw a large presence of emergency service vehicles on New Road in Worcester on Tuesday (May 10).
