HEREFORD drivers are being warned that the Old Bridge remains closed to traffic.
A spokesperson for Hereford's Safer Neighbourhoods Team said officers have had to remind several drivers that the bridge is still closed to most traffic.
The bridge was closed to all but buses, bicycles, pedestrians and taxis in July last year to allow for social distancing and to encourage more people to walk or cycle during the coronavirus pandemic.

The move also meant pavements were widened, and restaurants and cafes in the city could apply for pavement licences to allow customers to dine outside.
Emergency Active Travel Measures are now being removed, but the bridge will remain closed until at least the end of September.
